At Artotee, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is usually 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Customs clearance (for international deliveries)

  • Seasonal carrier volume and local courier delays

  • Product availability

Important: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Locations & Split Shipments

Artotee products ship from trusted fulfillment partners, which may be located in different regions.
Because of this:

  • Your order may ship from more than one location

  • You may receive items in separate packages (at no extra shipping cost unless stated at checkout)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page.

If tracking doesn’t update immediately, please allow 48–72 hours for carrier systems to refresh.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect and the order has already been processed, we may not be able to change it.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:

  • Re-ship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Refund the item price excluding shipping costs, once returned and inspected

Delays & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund depending on the situation and carrier outcome.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

If confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

EU/EEA/UK Consumer Notice

If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason (the “cooling-off period”), starting from the day you receive the goods.

Key points:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel/return

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the item price (and standard outbound shipping where required by local law, if applicable)

Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed after delivery. Any exclusions will be stated on the product page.
